How does the blending suck lol. There's purposely no added transition noises, the verses lead into each other grammatically...

It's purposely like as if it's one big long verse.
Like "They said I can't rap about / BLOOD GUNS, CUTS, KNIVES, WIVES / Sluts, dying from..." if there were noise to make the transition it wouldn't connect.
