no1 answered my suggestion in the other topic so i decided to make a new one. Papoose. Like I said before, he has tons of talent and is dropping his debut album this year. If you haven't heard his shit check him out.

There is 0 chanc ehe is on Relapse2, but maybe Papoose's album (The Nacirema Dream) which will drop sometime this year. A little backstory... Papoose fans have been waiting for the album since 2005. Hes dropped 22 or 23 mixtapes in that time and a lot of good material. He also has more sides to him than just gangsta rap. He has good punchlines, way above average lyricist, good flow, and different types of subject matter. If you ant to hear him let me know ill name some of his best stuff.

Well yeah I definitely would love another Redman collab. I mean the fact they both respect each other and are similar types of rappers or at least were and have only collaborated ONCE, for a soundtrack is ridiculous.

Yet he's now been on (technically) two tracks with Lil Wayne and another possible for Relapse 2. He seems to love getting on with trashy people but not his own heroes... When he has the chance too.

I mean no Nas track. Not one. Ever. Wtf. If they both retire without even one then that's stupid.

Also would love more Royce stuff. Royce said Bad Meets Evil are actually re-uniting soon, a while ago. A track with him and Em seems almost a sure thing now anyway as Mr. Porter answered it with a laugh and said he's not in a position to give out that info... Would only say that if it were a yes.

I don't really want a D12 track on R2. We've had plenty and they're all the same lol. Would feel like a bit of a waste on this supposed masterpiece. I want another D12 album but I think it's a waste to have D12 on Em albums now.

Would definitely love Xzibit though. He sounds hardcore and is a stellar lyricist. Would be great for R2.

Under The Influence and When The Music Stops are great tracks on what are believed to be Em's best 2 albums.

Yeah they're great tracks and the first one or two times, it was cool.

But now it's a repetition. I didn't say the tracks were bad but it's a waste in the sense they're now just filler tracks. We get the same bit of substance from Em and previously Proof and then the D12 album-like lines around derelicts and killing old ladies. Then a totally stupid, awful Bizzy verse about spunking on his grandmother's face or something.

We get him all over D12 albums so why have a full track / collab wasted on an Em album. Especially at this point. It'll be nothing new. Just like Dre is a waste now. If they come up with a concept like "Guilty Conscience" then cool but now it's the same shit every time.

Could be using that time / collab-space for original collabs with other rappers like Nas or Redman.

I 100% agree, although I would say that when the music stops is one of the better D12 songs, altho I think some of that might have to do with em killing his verse, and bizarre's at least actually being funny. And under the influence wasn't bad either, I guess those two songs were good because they had decent concepts, whereas one shot two shot was just

I don't KNOW that but it's pretty likely.

Basically all of their songs have been the same on the Em collabs. Different agendas or slightly different perspectives on the chorus or whatever...

But same types of verses, obviously, because they're personas and they're just always doing the half-horrocore half psycho introspection shit. Which is cool but... I think we've had enough for Em albums.

I have anyway. And Bizarre ruins every one for me. I don't know why they put him on so much and Proof so little when B is easily the worst and fucking awful in every regard and Proof was superb. I mean he ruined "Fight Music", "When the Music Stops", "Words are Weapons" and so many others with his totally irrelevant, pathetic, unfunny incest-inspired verses.

N believe me, I'm not offended by them. Nothing offends me. They're just terrible. I don't care what humour it is, what violence it is, whatever. As long as it's executed well. He doesn't do anything well. I could absolutely do what he does 400% better. No irony, no wit, just fucking lame shock for shock's sake, not detailed, not clever, not technically good in rhythm, rhyme, nothing. Just talking.

SO I mean yeah I don't KNOW it'll be a repetition but unless they all totally reinvent their personas or think of a concept track... How do you picture it won't be. I just feel it's a waste because that collab space could of been for an original classic with Redman or someone. We have plenty of their shit and more on the way. Why reserve a place on R2 for it too.

IMO Bizzy has stepped up his game lately, imo he was good on the two Haystak disses
And as I tried to point out the last song we've heard with all of D12 was recorded loooooooong ago.
