Word is he's gonna be in battle soon :o

Grind time I guess, I can't wait. Since he came back from Hong Kong he was on that christian rap shit, him batteling means he's back for real now.

yeh i heard that shit, was a dope song for what it was imo.

jin annoys me a little, if he just stuck to bein the MC he would be dope as fuck a true lyracists, but hes never happy with that hes trying everything and anything to be different and get notices he always does it in a dope way and i appreciate what he tries to do on almost all his songs but sometimes it just dont work ya know.

but im always hyped for new material and if hes goin back to the battle rapping i hope hes still as dope as before.

He never showed up like a bitch. So Dizaster(The guy Jin was supposed to battle) had to battle some Mexican guy. What bullshit.

I'm not a big fan of Jin tho, I find him annoying.

can't wait to see Illmac take him on

I think he's overrated to who know him and underrated to who don't. I personally think he's good but in a sea of MC's he's not god or anything.

Ilmac is so '08... Cortez, Math Hoffa, Charlie Clips, DNA, Rich Dollaz, T-Rex and Conceited would eat Jin and Ilmac up. Still Iron Solomon >*

Exactly, unless he comes prepared..

Dumbfoundead and Tantrum are the top asian battle emcees right now anyways, lol.

...yeah but Jin is supposed to battle Illmac, not those street swag clowns (minus Hoffa, gotta love Hoffa)

and Dumbfoundead would kill all of those guys easy[/quote]
Actually, no, Dumbfoundead is dope as fuck, no denying that. However, the emcees stated in my post are the emcees that have dope ass punchlines. Whereas Dumboundead is more of a comedy emcee and he freestyles a lot during his turns. The emcees stated in my post always come prepared and have hard hitting punchlines and dope pella flows.

he got fucked vs Kid Twist btw :n:

I know, his comedy punches are dope, but he got to step it up if he wants to compete in Grind Time, Smack or the URL..

And, yeah, that battle against Kid Twist was fucked up..

They know how to rap, plus they come with some witty lines and dope punches. Even if it's mostly gun talk..

valid point :b: you get like two weeks to write a battle verse on G-Time though

Word, mostly 3 rounds, so 3 verses.. Enough time to prepare, I think all the above average writes/battlers on this site could put up a fair fight, technically speaking.. Of course some might flow wierd, deliver it corny or lack charisma..

I don't listen to Jin, but I've seen almost all of his rap battles and it's perfectly clear that he's one of the best freestylers out there. The bad thing about him is that he's trying too much to be different so his songs are with fucked up concepts and shitty instrumentals.
