How many do you need to pass this year, 60?

Nah, a full time student is considered someone who takes 12 credits or more per semester. So figure, at least 24 per year. It depends on what program you're in, but some may require 60 credits, some may require more, and some might just require specific classes.

How is it? This is the kinda education I want to take after college, digital media production.
I have some months left when I am done with college, but only 2 months till I have to apply.

It's not exactly my thing. I focus mostly on the audio editing of the films I shoot. And my grades ain't that good. Haha.

I'll detail it.

-Production for Visual Effects
This is a module which I shoot my films using proffesional filming equipment. But I'm only in charge of audio, so I control the boom-mic and the audio mixer thing. And I wear headphones while filming.

-3D for visual effects
I use 3D software (Autodesk Maya) to do effects like snow, rain, etc. And sometimes I animate objects. For example, if I wanna make my film in Production for Viusal effects include 3D characters, I combine them. And green screen is involved here usually.

-Digital compositing and matting
Yeah, this is video editing. Using Cinema 4D to do effects on the films I already shot. For example, earthquake effects, color corrections etc. Green screen involved.

-Digital matte painting
Fuck this. The assignment is giving me headache. But it's really easy. Just use Adobe Photoshop CS4. You know the drill. Adjusting exposures etc.

-Production Design
Makeup. Literally makeup. And also designing studio sets.

It's awesome you guys can choose classes.. We can't do that here.. We only choose a course we want to study, like psychology, architecture and so on. And on my course, the paramedic one, we've got 'blocks' of classes that last for example 2 weeks and some classes and lectures that go on for the whole academic year. In the upcoming semester I'll have pediatry, psychiatry, ALS, laryngology, obstetrics and gynecology and um.. don't remember, but the general count is 15 classes eh.
