Maybe i'm wrong but I hope not. 40 is a good retirement age depending on how relevent you are. Jay is still relevent, he's 40 and still churning out them hits. Now I don't know if a 45 year old Eminem will be relevent as a rapper in the future but I mean lets say he releases another pair of albums and retires at 41-42. Hey....if he completes another pair, they might come out earlier so he can stop by the time the 4-0 comes.

From what I understand from the R1 promo interviews, and the complex one, he apperently can't stop writing. Doesn't really make sense if he just stops writing all of a sudden after R2 and the new D12 album comes out.....
