And unfortunately, if he did relapse, the first we'll hear of it is when he dies.

No I really dont think so. His people are keeping a close eye on him this time around. If he is somehow relapsing I sincerly hope he is high in the studio making music (while the effects of the relapse are still fresh)
But imo, He's just perfecting Relapse 2 still and hasnt relapsed.
