If I remember right, he knew who was on the track, but didn't hear there verses when he did his, so he couldn't have with that line.

Plus it could be taken as him simply saying "should I spit this slow? probably not since I can rap real fast, but since I'm known for being a tough guy I'm gunna say 'fuck no'..."

But seriously, what he says sounds like he is saying it for the others on the song or the 'haters' but it could very well just be him saying I'm not gunna spit this verse slow

the slow line could be a gucci diss as well cause he raps slow... the panocio line definently was at gucci for hopping on obsessed remix
