On July 22, 2007, Lil Wayne was arrested in New York City following a performance at the Beacon Theatre; the New York City Police Department discovered Lil Wayne and another man smoking marijuana near a tour bus. After taking Lil Wayne into custody, police discovered a .40 caliber pistol on his person, and he was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and marijuana. Another arrest was on October 5, 2007, following a performance at Qwest Arena in Boise, Idaho, on felony fugitive charges after Georgia authorities accused the rapper of possessing a controlled substance. The incident was later described as a "mix-up" and the fugitive charges were dropped.

On October 22, 2009, Wayne pled guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon. He is due for sentencing in February 2010 and is expected to receive a one-year jail sentence

it's a good start off rock experimental album, it has more okay, more decent tracks then bad.
im just supporting my artist even though one of his not so best albums.
but since this is over we can finally count down wayne getting his shit back together being album to write and think properly for a year straight and and off the drugs while hes in persion to get back in the studio and record soon to be one of the best albums ever made. (Tha Carter 4)
