Not really. Lyrically he's on point, and his creativity is something I can't begin to fathom. It's just on Relapse, he didn't have the emotion and wasn't able to connect, due to the content. But the lyrics were out of this world, and the accent brought the album down a lot. Now, he's dropped the accent, and on Drop The World he has that emotion, that anger he used to have. If he uses that voice, with that emotion, on Relapse 2, then R2 will be a classic. The only thing he doesn't need is the fast flow, but I think that R2 will only have a few songs with that flow. I hope R2 stays closer to The Warning's flow, myself. And I really hope he does back to the 8 Mile days, that was his peak, he's already showing signs of it coming back. But, even with Relapse, he hasn't fallen off. He may have stumbled, but he picked himself back up by the end of the album. And this is coming from a guy who used to listen to Relapse A LOT, I like Relapse a lot, but I see the flaws in it that made people not like it. But he has in now way fallen off, he fell off with Encore, and now he's climbing back up, and I think with Relapse 2 he'll be at the top again
