Every online store keeps trying to guess the release dates and then has to change them.

I'm pretty sure it is or should be illegal for them to do that as you're ordering a product with them telling you it will be available by X when they have absolutely no idea and then change it to Y.

It's selling under false pretenses.

yeah well, I'm going by the day that "We Made You" was posted on Em's twitter, March 21st.

I think we did hear rumors about 'We Made You' being the first single before that though?

You have a point. But I've noticed that when we get this influx of Em rumors and fake shit, it usually seems to lead to us getting some official Em news on something. Like when we get all those fake tracklists around November, not long after we were told of Refill so hopefully we'll get some news soon. No doubt. Everything that has been said has pointed to an "early" 2010 release, which I certainly hope would be atleast during spring. Maybe all of these rumors that have been going around will motivate Em to release some offical news atleast, hopefully.

Lol yes, by far the most enjoyable part. It seems that he has put himself in a position in which he has to deliver a classic album that does, as you say, rival his past work. Simply because of all of the hype surrounding it and the expectations of his fans. If it turns out to be a let down, it will be a huge dissapoinment. Which has to serve as motivation to put out some classic material.
