Hey so its 6am and I have class at nine and still havent slept. I was just wondering wat you guys do to help you go to sleep. I usually listen to some music but it didnt help :'(

I usually turn on the computer, and when I see i don't have internet, i turn it off and feell asleep :sweating:

i have trouble sleeping all the time, i sleep bout 4 hours a night
and i basicly stay up till i lapse into a coma rofl
cuz i cant lay down on the bed and try to sleep cuz ill think..then overthink...and ill stress maself out..then im even more awake lol
but what sumtimes does help to make me more sleepy is to get a really hot shower
it relaxes ur muscles..and u get calmer.. thats pretty much all i got forya :flower:

i just lay down and instantly fall asleep. get some boring book. or start reading you school stuff, it usually kills me. :whistle:
