well initially i opposed it because i always thought of em as a guy who doesn't have any business with pussy rappers and pop singers, but when they actually started making songs together i thought it was hilarious that em killed him on two tracks with ease, plus doing tracks with wayne will gain em more fans and publicity and of course build the hype for R2 however i still wish he picked better rappers to get on a track with.

Alot of people do like Wayne, so the least it will do is build more hype among his fans, and among Em fans who want to see if it actually turns out good or not. If its good then it will be a nice suprise. If not, then its just on to the next one.

first i was sceptic about their collab too but than i realise that it's good. DTW wasn't so bad, i like it, and when i saw'em on Grammy awards it looks like there is a chemetstry between them!!

Given the absolute support from all rappers and hype surrounding him, I've given Wayne chance after chance after chance in my mind and everytime I come away thinking "he's shit".

His verses on "Drop the World" and "Forever" weren't bad, some good lines.

But Carter III for example, supposedly his best, sounds like a pile of trash to me. He's got about 10 fucking features, the verses are usually so similar and empty they're interchangeable... For people to say this man is close to Em is a joke.

I remember reading an article the other day with Drake saying the impact of Wayne going to jail for a year will be a felt and it'll be a long time before hip-hop has somebody like Wayne with the wordplay etc... Is he serious? Has this man just grown up on fucking Wayne.

I don't see how he could say and think that, especially after seeing Em / Wayne on-stage, Em outshines him and his verses just shit on Wayne's from every angle. And his flow(s).

Wayne's wordplay is pathetic, he does the sammmmme shiiiiit everry fuckkking time. All he ever does is mispronounce a word then correct himself, that's it. That's his amazing wordplay isit? He'll just go like "I'm such a maddeee man ooops I mean MAD man" it's fucking lame.

Word, if people need proof just watch one of Haystaks videos. Seriously, first he's hating on Eminem for rapping about murder then all of a sudden he's "singin" "MASS MURDER MAKES ME HAPPPPPEEEH! SERIAL MURDER MAKES ME HAPPPEEEH!"....... Though there are of course some (many) exceptions

I really don't like it.

I honestly dont understand the hype over their collabs. Forever was catchy but annoying after about 4 listens and Drop The World is irratating. Wayne and Em both produce decent verses lyrically but I cannot stand the chorus ("Im'a pick the world up and Im'a drop it on your fucking head" is so fucking corny) or the beat. Or Wayne's flow.

Wayne is not a good rapper. I know it seems the "thing" to say right now but I honestly cannot stand him. I've tried to get into him, I really have, but I just can't. That voice, the flow, the lyrics that dont make sense. All of it is just horrible.

I liked when Em collabed on songs like Watch Dees, Hustle & Hardcore and his tracks with Royce. Songs with rappers that aren't bubblegum rappers were what I used to love. Now it seems he is tryna appeal to the masses when there seems no need to.
