When I ask why, he says: Well because he is the only one that doesn’t rap about guns, bitches and money. At least his texts are funny and tell a good story. How could he know that when he has never heard another rap song.

I think it’s here the problem is, non rap fans thinks the stereotype rap songs are about guns, bitches and money. Because thats all they see in the music videos and such. But in most cases the single is never close to the best song on the album for any rappers. So I guess when they see and hear this funny and jokingly stuff Eminem puts out they like that more.

I don’t know about the majority of Eminem fans being non hip hop fans, but there a some.

Thats the dumbest motherfuckin excuse people use for hatin rap.
1. its in most types of fuckin music anyway but for some reason Rap is antagonized for it
2. Not all rappers are G-Unit, most rappers AREN'T EMINEM AND STILL MAKE GOOD MUSIC
3.Eminem HAS rapped about guns bitches and money. The time period between TES (E.G. D-Block) up until soon before Relapse (TOUCHDOWN) are full of that shit, some people like it, and some don't. The excuse of eminem not rappin about guns money, hoes, rims, is used by ignorant fuckwits who dont hear shit about rap other than 50 cent, tupac, snoop dogg and the motherfuckin white hope himself, and choose eminem because he's the lesser of all evils or somethin/? you tellin me you'd rather listen to drug abusin wife beating/murdering and serial killing than cars money hoes? Eat a motherfuckin dick bitch, and any person who thinks he's a hip hop fan and even slightly thinks that bullshit should stick to eminem and the beatles and leave hip hop for the people who appreciate it.

:y:

I don’t even know how many times people has asked me what music I listen to, when I say hip hop. They go: How can you listen to that bullshit? It’s only "Yo Yo, Gangsta Gangsta". Somehow that’s the only image they have of hip hop. Whether it’s a television show or music, people ALWAYS judge shit before even checking it out. But the worst people are those who can’t keep an open mind, they have their mind set on "This is gonna suck" When they start whatever it is with that mind state, it’s gonna suck no matter what. They don’t even care to listen or watch thinking "I might change my mind after this song or episode" or “I might like this” :shakehead:

eminem is a better rapper than Immortal Technique, overall. he has much more variety. although Immortal Technique's punch lines are smarter, i'd still put Stan over Dance with the Devil in terms of compelling storytelling & Kim over You Never Know, in terms of a twisted love song.

Technique is certainly more educated & his content shows this, but he's pretentious like that. you get bored of his intellectual punch lines & it verges on Canibus-level wankyness.

if it came down to a track-by-track beef, Eminem would beat him skill-wise, Technique would probably win when it comes to personal attacks, only because there isn't much to attack Technique on. Technique has so many ridiculously dumb conspiracy theories that he doesn't back up with evidence, just "fuck the government."

Amadeo, stop killin people like this...heh.

Im just playin, dawg. Keep it up. :coffee:

I'd say the majoirty of Em fans are hip-hop fans now lol, the people that were on his bandwagon probably jumped off his dick during his hiatus and especially since this horror core phase and blissfully continued listening to other music. The question should be asked... do people who consider lil wayne the number 1 rapper listen to any actual hip-hop ?

Rebirth number is actually Wayne's usual number, it's just bad compared to Carter 3 which was huge but to his standard and hip-hop standard it's normal/ok.

yeah but most of the time, after an artist has put out his or hers best album(or if it sold alot) his or hers next album still sells real well because of his or hers last album....fuck i dont know if that makes sense lol but for example eminems encore sold pretty well even though it was a dissapointment to alot of people...
