Which country has the most Em fans per-capita ?

If we judge Eminem's popularity in relation to a countries size which country is the most on Em's dick ? I have suspicions but no real hard facts except the youtube statistical stuff which tells you the obvious: that most of his hits come from the US, non-french Canada, UK, Australia and Brazil, Western Europe etc but still per-capita ? Any1 help with this ?

maybe new zealand? He is one of the most succesful musicians ever there, his had more #1 singles & albums than Elvis over there.
