Has anyone's speakers done this before?

I swear, sometimes when my left speaker's (with the switches) volume is all the way down, elevator music plays on it!

I don't get it...

and before dark blue posts, i swear to god, i am not lying for attention. this is the second time this has happened...

it's quiet, you have to stick your ear right next to it to hear...

yeah, i was thinking i might be picking up the landlord's stereo or something, but a nearby radio station makes more sense, cuz the speakers buzz when a phone nearby rings
