I doubt little kids would have any threatening on them anyways, I think the pat-down method would be enough to check a child.

If everybody thought like that though that would be great for people to put something on the kids because nobody would think they'd have anything on them, besides if it was my kids i'd probably prefer the scanner.

And, I think that the pictures shouldn't even be looked at. They should just be scanned by the computer, and only looked at if anything is abnormal.

So what? By your logic, the pics have to be 'sexual' for it to be breach of privacy?

If you mean that by half of the people have one set of body parts, and the other half have another set, and both sexes know what each other looks like, i don't see how it's so private.

What I mean is underage age kids shouldn't be looked at that way. They should have at least a choice. Even with adults it's kind of intimidating to know that someone will look at you naked. It's not even about body image issues, it's about privacy, about choice.

I say something should be done about american's views on the human body, so no one thinks of it sexually. just like most other countries. that would reduce all the rape crimes. and all the 13 year olds losing their virginity.
