Just stumbled upon this list of the worst rap album covers ever made
http://www.torkhum.com/topten.html which made me laugh. (the Trick Daddy one is shocking)
One I recall, was by a rap double called 'The Coup' who had an album cover, for their album Party Music, of the Twin Towers getting blown up BEFORE 9/11; they had to scrap the cover, I think, after 9/11 occured. Anyones you can think of that are horrificly bad?
