im gonna put it this way. Lil Wayne is a great artist, but hes on too many tracks. We hear too much of him constanly, eventually this is gonna back-fire on him and ppl. arnt gonna wanna listen to him anymore. Em is smart with his music. He keeps u hungry for new music. He makes every song he makes or is featured on count.

Some wayne fans are just dickriders who enjoy EVERY single song and call it amazing no matter how much it sucks not saying..the same cant be said about some Eminem fans.

I think the main reason for so much animosity between the two groups is that the two artists have such different styles and subject matter and therefore the people who listen to them are generally people looking for different things in hip-hop music. Eminem happens to have what I'm looking for in hip-hop while Wayne doesn't I don't hate Wayne for that. Trying to have a rational unbiased discussion regarding who is correct or better out of eminem and lil wayne fans in an eminem fan forum is fucking retarded.

I'm sorry but i think you misunderstood me, i'm talking about him been good music-wise not popularity-wise, sure he might release music often but the question is how good is it? Lil wayne's problem is that he rushes things a lot and he lacks talent and a lot, and how could we forget his overuse of auto-tune? i mean i can't believe people actually think Lil Wayne is good at making music so many flaws in him that i just don't want to talk about it.

I think it is taste, and I think of lot of it just has to do with who you liked/followed more as an artist first. People who liked eminem before they heard wayne and vice versa, would be first to defend their favorite of the two artists. I think this is the whole taste thing, but also just who we liked first, I mean its like that with everything, tv shows, books, movies, etc. If I watched happy gilmore before billy madison, while both adam sandler commedies, I'll probably stick up for happy gilmore in regards to comparing it to the latter. I think this has a lot to do with it, because I love joe buddens shit but I got into him after I already liked eminem, and no matter how much I bump budden or tell people about his songs, I'm always going to tell people about em songs too. I think that has a lot to do with it, but as well as taste like wayne4life started this topic on.

But I can see this turning into a big mess, so lets try to stay on topic and no fighting, name calling for saying you like whoever
