That looks around 03/04.

Em was his biggest in muscle in like 03 but then around 04 into 05+ starting putting on genuine weight.

So around there, I mean look how his arm is positioned for one. It's flat / pressed against his side so it's very easy for something like that to have that effect and 50's is slightly more outstretched.

As for the height. You'd be surprised with a bit of distance how a few inches isn't that noticable. The closer you get the more it is, so if they were back to back it'd be a lot more so but because they're a bit apart and at an angle it's not.

That picture was photoshopped. Em and 50 took the shot separately and they just put them together. That's why it looks like that.
