IMO i think it was good that he released We Made You first cuz had he released Beautiful or any other semiserious tracks then lots of people would have been pissed that he got their hopes up for an album emotionally the same as TES or TMMLP. With We Made You, we all expected what to hear and he delivered pretty well. However, I really think "My Darling" should have been the first single especially in regards to how the intro is set up. Also, elevator would have been a good second single along with a video. but that's all perspectives. lol

I can appreciate 3 AM but it was such a weird choice as a single.

"Taking My Ball" should of been the first.

"Same Song & Dance" the second.

and "Elevator" the third. Would of sold more then IMO. "Taking My Ball" is rumoured to have been the original 1st before he toned it down because it was too graphic so it became "We Made You".

"Taking My Ball" would of been the perfect first single though. "Beautiful" shouldn't of been on the album. Should of been released as a bonus track, it's great but sounds totally out of place obviously because it was made in a different time period to the rest.

Relaspe would of sounded more complete and one-themed without it.

yeah except the menstruation line, but I think this woulda been good, originally didnt like the song, now I bump it often :y:

If elevator was first single, the hook woulda been great to bring him back, the calling those guys the f word woulda caused the controversy like it did anyway (more if lead single-Ems back with an album obviously).

But beautiful def not first single, you hear that than the album and it's like wtf :confusion:
