I've never been to a bar before, so tonight will be the first time going! Do any of you guys enjoy going or is it just a place where people get drunk & look stupid to you?

Not sure what to expect for the bars around here.. but I'll be with a bunch of friends so Im sure it'll be fun. Anyway, just thought Id share cause I'm kind of excited!

what the fuck? it's a place where people go to socialise and chill out. be with friends, get drunk and dance on the dancefloor. playing pool is awesome too. bars > clubs imo.

nothing special...i pretty much grew up in a bar............not really a "young" "Hip" bar....but all they do is play music....drink...and flirt....and talk....i personally don't like them.....i went to a bar with my girl for halloween...cuz my brother was with us and wanted to go.....and we sat there drank one drink and went home =\.....nothing really fascinating.......tbh..its really just a place to get drunk...get laid...and not feel as guilty.....lol

how are you planning to get in?

^if its just a bar...i highly doubt they'll care if she's under 21.......i walked into bars all the time when walking home from high skool.......and they never say shit..and i look mad young.....

clubs are full of people dancing, they're normally overcrowded and have different floors. bars tend to have pool tables, much more seating areas and a smaller dance floor.
