good look to tash....prolly one of my favorite joints on "Don't Sign Me Vol. 1"

i don't make fancy single covers....fuck that....i'm too street for that shit

this is kinda like a mix of deep/lovey dovey track.......this is honestly gonna sound much better when you listen to my tape as a whole...cuz i set it up to be a transition song....i'm waiting on two songs....then i'ma make an official date for my tape.....and i know i've been kinda putting out a lot of music.....some of which i didn't like..some of which i did...but this tape....this one is miles ahead of my past two.....relate able....catchy.......dark...just everything without losing the essence of myself...and it kinda follows a storyline...like i said i tried to set it up like masta ace's "a long hot summer"
like i said..this is gonna be the first tape i'ma really push........its gonna be free and handed out obv. cuz it ain't my beats...but i'ma see what i get with this...i wanna thank everyone who supports me.....listens to my music......and people who've helped out.....i'ma give a few shout outs on my tape....
but yes..enjoy the track......

"there's one thing worse than being broke and lonely/ that's having someone and being broke and lonely"
That's emotional, man.
That was a great track.
The lyrics and flow were both there.
The beat was really relaxing and soothing. To me, it works perfectly because it sounds like you're battling the relaxing music by contrasting it with your rhymes about the trials of life.
Decent hook, decent bridge.
Around 2:40 when the beat changes, great production.
Overall I loved it.

Nice beat choice, your delivery matches the beat, however I feel like you're holding back on emotion. I mean, a track like this needs more emotion behind the vocals at some points. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you sound emotionless, all I'm saying is that the emotion starts off good and midway the verse it sounds a bit bored. The second verse is a good example, it starts off dope and then it starts to sound as if you're bored.

Flow is smooth and the transition in the lyrics made the flow sound like an instrument, good job on that. You do punch in, right? Because if that aint the punch in's I'm hearing, then the mixing needs some touching up. Yes, I'm looking for flaws, just trying to give some constructive feedback.

Hook and bridge sound good, Tash, you really have a good voice for choruses. You could make really good hooks if you work on getting the full potential out of your voice.

Lyrically it sounds good, you did want you wanted to do, conveyed a message, so lyrically it suits its purpose.

Overall a good song, I enjoyed listening to it.

^good looks....and could you give me an example of the mixing flaws cuz i don't punch in....only song i've ever used punch ins for was "all of me"......so i'd appreciate knowing where i slipped up...but thank you for the feedback....and i'm happy that you point out the flaws.....and i appreciate you taking the time to actually write them down...so good looks

^I think it's the beat actually, not your mixing.. This swoosh kind of sound, my bad.

okay, i actually listened to this last night but didnt have time to feed,
i like the lyrics and the vibe the rhymes give off...however i feel you coulda done alot better on the doubles and adlibs...some times they were off, and gave it a bad echo effect...

hook, hmmm not feelin the singing...it doesnt have enough voice, it doesnt really sound like he's trying to sing it

2nd verse improvement on the first, but still doesn't hit the spot..I dunno i was expecting more, decent track though,

tash8, flow is pretty nice...except when u paused a couple times..made it a lil awkward...the vocals need to be louder, i can barely hear you..
