Well you never know. Wayne has over 40 songs done for the album. Has shot at least 2 videos for it already. Couldve already recorded commercials for it and whatnot. And with his YM/CM team, he could get promotion for it while in jail. And depending on how long his actual sentence ends up being, i think it will only be like 6 months, he could be out before the year is over. And even release it while not in jail.
