I'd put them both about par with each other.
I like a good, corny power ballad like Beautiful every now and then.
I also like the tight lyrics and honesty of Deja Vu.

I enjoy both but I enjoy Deja Vu more. Beautiful is just so depressing and self loathing that it gets old after a bit.But in deja vu, he's covering the same topic but more cleverly and it's just more enjoyable IMO. But beautiful is good when I'm feeling really down.
