Probably "Kim".
"Insane" doesn't make him seem "Insane". Just makes him seem a great rapper / storyteller. It's too calculated and obvious tailored towards a taboo to make him actually seem insane.
So yeah I'd go for "Kim". His intensity on it sounds demonic, it's incredible. It's also amazing how he's truly made the song feel 'real-time'. You could listen to the song anytime, 50 years after it was made and it still sounds like NOW. Like "Stan". Real-time storytelling and don't underestimate how hard it is to make it feel that real.
