Also, they don't just 'claim' it they know it. Unlike religion, Science backs up its claims with facts. We know without a doubt we evolved. I mean he's entitled to say what he likes but I can't stand it when somebody is just that ignorant, especially out of fucking 'faith'.

Actually to be completely correct...life did start at random. Organic substances (non-living matter) spontaneously mixed together under extreme heat caused by simple things as hot rocks or such lying around. From there, things took off chemically. There's an experiment called the Miller-Urey experiment to prove this. Don't mean to play anti-God but science proved this as EmBase said. Well if you think Evolution doesn't make sense, you don't understand it. You haven't looked into it properly. You've probably just tried to get it via a watered down, fairytale version of it via the grape vine from religious people who also don't understand it. Nice going.

Evolution is a fact. As much of a fact as any scientific fact known to man. In fact, there's at least as much evidence for Evolution as the Holocaust so denying Evolution is as crazy as denying that scale of an event in history. You're practically insane and technically and correctly (as defined) deluded. Holding a strong belief in spite of a lot of opposing evidence.

There's arguments within Science as to how various elements of Evolution happened but there is NO debate that it DID happen. Evolution is a stone cold fact as much as any. We know it happened. So you can deny it all you like but unfortunately for your belief, it's true.

What's also hilarious is how you have the audacity to say "evolution makes no sense" and question it yet accept god so readily when there isn't a scrap of evidence and it's the most illogical thing ever uttered from a human mind. Total hypocrisy and loonacy. Good luck with that.

Also, you say it makes sense to believe we came from god than nothing. No it does not. That's nonsense. Evolution only states we evolved from very SIMPLE forms of life into what we are now, life branched off, we KNOW that DID happen. Fact. So... Nobody knows how the very first instance of life began and nobody is claiming to.

But to believe in God you have to believe that god came from nowhere. And for god to create us, he would need to be at least twice as complex. So you actually have to believe that a supremely intelligent, complex form of life was 'just there' and came from nothing. Much more absurd than believing very very simple, non-conscious organisms were created from the atmosphere.
