50 Cent Sued Over Rick Ross' Baby Mom Sextape

It looks like 50 Cent's battle with Rick Ross isn't quite over. He's not exactly beefing with him still, but it looks like Ricky Ross' alleged baby mother is taking Curtis Jackson to court over a sex tape that was released by 50 Cent as retaliation to Rick Ross' disses.

Lastonia Leviston filed the lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan, claiming unauthorized use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with an unidentified man in 2008. In the tape, Leviston is seen showing off a tattoo on her chest with the initials "RR," seemingly in reference to Ross, and 50 is heard providing exaggerated voice-over narration to the action in his wigged "Pimpin' Curly" persona.

Will 50 Cent be able to beat this case? Do you think they'll settle out of court?
