ok so i smoked a fat one the other day
an ma mom just informed me i have
a physical next friday, will the doctors check for it
in my urine? or do my parents have to request it?
an to all anti pot smokers out there.. i dont want to hear it

he'll ask if you smoked....you could either lie and take a chance of getting busted or tell the truth and hope he doesn't piss test.....

well.. when they take a sample of your urine, the doctor usually requests a general test, so they check:
- color
- clarity
- pH
- specific gravity
they also check the amount of protein, nitrites, glucose, red/white blood cells, ketones, bilirubin and urobilinogen to check if your kidneys (and liver -> bilirubin and urobilinogen are substances that come from your liver after the old red blood cells are utilized, in shortcut lol) work properly. now there are substances that can somehow affect the urine test, like diuretics for example.. but as long as the doctor doesn't request a specific THC test, they won't find anything in the general urine test.

uh.. that's how it works i think. someone would have to request a specific blood/urine test for the presence of THC in your organism.
