I don't even know, but while he's still one of the most popular rappers alive....I don't know if I could picture him having that C2-C3 height of popularity again. Slimsoxshady hit it on the nose.
But, Wayne coming out of jail is set to be a hype-machine. People will be anxious to hear his experience, his new music, his new plan, etc.
Tha Carter IV will be an anticipated album when Wayne's released, no doubt. If it wasn't for the thought of Wayne's release from jail I would definitely say his Prime might be over. Lyrically he's still not touching C2 to me. C2 just had an appeal that I don't get out of certain new Wayne material. No Ceilings was what got me back into Wayne, it seemed like he's getting back on his grind. I think C2 will always be my favorite Wayne album unless C4 proves me wrong.
