Laughing with religion.

To explain the situation:

A european newspaper had publiced a cartoon where they make fun of the islam profet Mohammed.

Now moslims are forbidden to make pictures of mohammed. and of top of that it are cartoons.

My question is: should religious ppl lighten up and put such things into perspective or should it really be forbidden to laugh with religion?

Personally i can understand moslims, but they need to lighten up. It's a joke.
