To my knowledge it barely even exists and if it does it's incredibly rare. MCMaybe once said he would upload this in a thread asking a similiar question, but he never got around to it and eventually dissapeared.

Nobody ever seems to have got Marshall Mathers or Like Toy Soldiers uncensored either, but i think because of the context Eminem probably ensured that.

Kim and Rap Game uncensored aren't too rare.

I wouldn't have thought so to be honest or else they might have had grounds to sue him and actually win if anyone had got hold of it. Maybe they didn't think it was worth the risk lol

And what's the difference if he says it live anyways / its printed in the lyrics booklet / online?

I'm not really sure to be honest. Maybe the live performance was after the suit was resolved, or maybe there's some stupid legal loophole or something that means it just applies to recordings.

I'm not saying that's 100% the reason though, just what i think might explain the seeming inability to find this uncensored version.
