Will Relapse 2 be Em's real last album?

Postby shadyboymez » Mar 4th, '10, 20:39

maybe 1 more album after it, but that will most likely be all.

age 37 now, we still await news on the release of R2, or whatever it's gon be called . Who knows he could be 38 when it releases.

He won't put out more than 1 more album after that, which would prob come out when he's 40 or 41 ... so after that I think he'd be done with rapping.
ahead of my time, in my prime, one of a kind, out of my mind

Well I would of thought so but from the way he was talking to Complex, sounds like he has no intention of quitting anytime soon...

I think he realises going on too long could ruin his legacy - kinda like what Jay is doing. People will start to remember the crap as it's the latest music.

Weirdly, though, Jay-Z is really popular in Britain at the moment. He never used to be when he was good, since he's truned to crap everyone here loves him. Annoying.

Yes, it's the exact same way here, all of the sudden he's hot. I like his new songs too though

Too early to tell, if Relapse 2 is recieved well than maybe more, you can never let go of your love for music or making music.

He's only popular in the UK. Or more so because of his recent sell-out moves to get higher charting tracks plus his affiliation with the more talented Kanye West of course.

It's just taken him this long plus his thing with Noel Gallagher helped.

Yes easily.

I don't rate Jay-Z at all. Jay-Z has a smoother flow or can have a smoother flow but I consider Kanye more original and more talented in every aspect yes.

People will start acting as if I need to be schooled in Jay-Z's greatness now but believe me I don't, I've heard everything he's done and I consider him by far the most overrated rapper in history.

Kanye creates his own worlds, images, Kanye is a true artist. Jay is a clone of the game and not even close to the best lyricist. Kanye's lyrics are more interesting too and when he hits the nail on the head, also more fulfilling and enjoyable.
