It was confirmed they were in talks with Shady and the rumours were Em wanted to take SR of Interscope and make them independent so SR could release albums without Interscope interfering.

honesly I see nothing but false to that rumor, Dre certainly will never leave Interscope, and we all know how the relationship between Em & Dre goes Also, right now Em's focusing on his own music, I don't think he's interested in doing more label work, I mean he's hardly even do his own promotion, let alone his label promotion.
