Why does Eminem move his hands weird now?

He's always moved his hands like a bit of an idiot, just got more idiotic now. I mean, look at the Real Slim Shady video, he's just shoving his hands in front of him for no reason at all.

But Beautiful, when he does that little dance he does, it's so cringeworthy.

Not that it really matters or anything.
