2000/2010 - it's all the same argument.

Hmm, I've never looked at it like that before.

# 2 should be.....

2. Amityville ft. Pacewon

Remember Pacewon from Outsidaz when Em used to be in the group was supposed to be on the song, and Em didn't like Pace's verse, so he took it off, and replaced his feature with Bizarre, and Pacewon got mad & dissed Eminem?

Don't know about this tracklisting though. It looks legit, but remember The Real Slim Shady was the last track recorded, to have a poppy, radio-friendly single for the album? I think "I'm Back," Marshall Mathers, The Way I Am & other songs would of been on the final cut of the album. Thank God they were :y:.

:y: I remember that too. I wish Em would of kept that on the album. Even if he didn't keep a track with him and Ronnie on it, even a skit, maybe named "Ronnie" or "Ronnie '91" would of sufficed as well, with us hearing Ronnie rapping. I would of preferred that to be the skit before Drug Ballad, instead of the Ken Kaniff one. It would of fit perfectly, especially with MMLP being a story about his life.

Edit: Nowadayz ft. Dr. Dre is "Forgot About Dre." They decided to just keep it for the 2001 album, for Dre, and keep it off the MMLP.

Btw, who the hell is "Jimmy, Bobby & Mike?"

I'm guessing Jimmy is Jimmy Iovine? Or Jimmy from 8-Mile, but I doubt that, especially since 8 Mile might of just started production by then, but wasn't known until TES was done :y:.

Yes and I think since Em got famous his taste in other rap is fucking delusional.

I mean Pacewon is a good lyricist / flow-artist for one. Not amazing but better than average and about 2,000% better than fucking Bizarre who is literally talentless.

I know Em probably just wanted a really fucked up odd verse but to take off a good lyricist I mean... I ain't heard what the verse was so can't comment on it but I'd put money without hearing it that it shits on what Bizarre did. So to take off him and let Bizarre ruin another song, fucking madness.

Hey, nice that someone decided to really talk about the list. At first when I saw Nowadayz i thought it was Forgot About Dre you know from the chorus shit "Nowadays everybody wanna talk like they got something to say but ..." but then I realized that Dr. Dre's 2001 was released in Nov 16, 1999, and MMLP in May 23, 2000, so there are almost 7 months between, how can the tracklist contain it when it was released some months later in another album?

You're right. For a second, I forgot about Dre  and that the 2001 album came out in late 1999. They might of still kept it on MMLP because the record did so well & was a hit :y:.

And yeah, that's why I thought it might of been "Forgot About Dre," but with a different name as well :y:.

I doubt it was ever intended for MMLP.

MMLP voice / flow is more natural, smooth.

"Forgot About Dre" was released in 99' so the material would of been done around the same time as The Slim Shady LP. That's why he has that style on the track. Would of stuck out like a sore thumb on MMLP.

Also Em said he originally intended to get Snoop on the hook and have a verse. So I doubt it was ever inteded for his own album since he would of only had one verse if that were the case. Seems like it was always made for Dre's.
