I don't know who I would set as best rapper alive, but I waver between Eminem, from KIZ or from Drunken Tiger - they all have qualities I appreciate or dislike
- and I do not even know all the rappers I want to know and I can only decide by my personal preferences of what I wanna hear so may be take from Drunken Tiger for now


apart from that, I know we are bored and running out of topics, but you didn't ask clever
first: 'best rapper alive' has no limits to countries, styles or time as long as he/she is alive - and could be out of the game for years or his/her prime is over long ago (even HipHop is not that old) or if he/she is in the public eye or not, so you could say we have the best rapper alive here on TR even if he sells nothing yet etc.
second: you suggest in your question, what you want to here or what you expect to here - not only with the poll but by saying "everyone will vote for Eminem". to influence your respondent will falsify the result
- just in case, you wanna start new polls and expect a serious result it might helps to think about this and more aspects
