I think cabbage is somethin like head or brain like Crispy said. Lettuce i think means pussy and olives means balls. But also means those vegetables aight? Sorry if i'm wrong, my official language isn't English.

this is how i interpret it & which is what makes it a great lead-in to the chorus. Wayne's chorus is good for its passion. i don't like his verses though. don't like his talking delivery.
