Well it's going to do more than Relapse.

When Relapse came, 'most' people still weren't fully aware of him, aside from his fans most people forget quickly so it takes a while for such a large figure to fully get back into the public consciousness.

But now Relapse has come and this is a sequel and highly anticipated, I'd say... 800k.

well if not for him releasing WMY as the lead single after 5-years comeback, Relapse would have sold way more :coffee:

this time it will depends on the music itself a lot, but honestly what's with hip-hop fans fans care about opening number too much? I'd rather have it open less than Relapse but go on selling consistently over time.

If it has a strong single it will sell over 600k. If it doesn't then I would expect 400k which is still fucking good. Most members in this forum said Relapse would sell a million copies but it didn't by far even though the numbers were still really good. People said "yeah it's his comeback album, he's going to sell way more than Wayne did" well he didn't. Now it's "yeah people weren't fully aware of him but now they are and he will sell shitloads." I just don't know what to think anymore. I think a good strong single will get him the copies. If not, Eminem fans have shown to be very loyal so he'll sell good anyway.

he'll have to feature with Wayne again to sell. Wayne is becoming some kinda staple to sales.

I set up a "predict the exact sales" of relapse last year.... and i believe Venomous won it. So once we actually have some news on the release date, we should do it again

^ and to the poster 2 posts above, Black Eyed Peas got owned by Relapse last year. Their album only did 300k first week
