Royce also said that R1 was an "atomic bomb" and he also said that the original R2 was an atomic bomb. So judging from relapse and refill Royce is just supporting eminem and not giving the same opinion he would have if he didn't know him

After being asked if there is a new him&Em song, he said:
'I want him to focus on finishing the Relapse, because the album is gonna be huge for hip hop, I went in there and listened to some songs, and he has some incredible incredible material, I don't want him to think about doing a song with me, I want him to focus on finishing his album first'

This is just a sad joke.... Eminem obviously did fall off at one point, theres no debating that and I don't think anybody thinks he's back to his prime and probably won't ever be. Royce on the other hand is at his pinnacle right at this moment. Just because he's not selling records and all over the radio does not mean he fell off.
