i personally feel why not fullfill requests by members who has few posts?? i mean they come here and they could end up being great members of the community. sorry, but i feel if everyone thought along of the lines that "you need 100+ posts b4 we will help you" then new possible members will say fine then fuck this site and leave. true u have ur spammers and all, that is why there is a staff here to moderate the site. i rarely ask for things here, there were times that i have helped other members out with requests and whatnot. but no one has ever helped me out with requests i have made i just stopped helping out. i still post every now and then. what i am really tryin to say is the mentallity here needs to change really, cause this site misses out on what could be great members. that's just my humble opinion is all.

but i don't think they know how to do that, so we'll have to wait for somebody who does...i think the rule only changed when tr changed something on the site and it disappeared..but if they can get it back then yeah
