I didnt read everyones posts so sorry if this was already said but...

When i lived in AZ a couple friends of mine got some really small ones right under their left eye, on their cheek bone. The actually piece that you see can come off, it screws on and off....Im not sure if you have to go in to get it screwed on or off or if you can do it yourself. But I do know that the jewel part of it can come off...people switch em out all the time for different colors and shit.

The way it works is there is a piece under your skin that the jewel part of it screws onto, that piece under your skin...im not sure if thats can be taken out, although im sure it can.

that being said, they look cool in pictures, they look lame up close
