Man U totally deserved to win. Liverpool were lucky enough to get ahead.
What's more interesting and would make the run in crazy is that Chelsea dropped points and the game against United on Old Traford later on is gonna be outta control.

Liverpool were not lucky to go ahead, that goal from Torres was pure class and easily the best goal of the game, it was Man United who were lucky to have been given the opportunity to get back into the game via poor refereeing. that was NOT a penalty. i feel sorry for Liverpool fans after seeing that, it's not the first time Howard Webb has cheated them out of a result, the most recent time other than the Man United match, was against Arsenal, when Fabregas clearly handballed it in the penalty box in the last minute of the game, yet Howard Webb did not award a penalty.

it happens constantly. it really does piss me off at times. last season, they seemed to be slipping up in the title race, and were losing 2-0 to spurs. until Howard Webb gave them a penalty that was NEVER a penalty, which revived them, they went on to win the game.
