How do you feel about having product shoved down ur throat?

I for one am sick of people exploiting teens and their parents for porfit.
Corporations will do anything to make u feel like u cant live without something.

I detest the whole concept of comercialism, wen we waste money on something useless and degrading.... Y not make something usefull with technology.
I tell u if we were working on how to make a spacehip to go to other planets at the moment, instead of wasting time on xboxes and PC games, with a colective effort we could have achieved much more.

It seems that people have become completely moneygreedy and all they care about is try to have something that is better than wat everyone else has. Am i the only one who thinks that if we want to evolve to next level we'll need need to get rid of currency and eliminate greed for material?

companies really do give us the feeling we can't live without.

But if we would only use technology for science, we wouldn't have much entertainment. That ain't a good thing imo.

But you're right, if we would make a lot less crap, we would be further as a civilatizion

good point but eh my last prsent was my quad core pc wich i'm using now coz my old pc was 7yrs. old and i am still using my 8yr. old screen so i don't realy buy much cheep stuff right now i am savin for a newe screen coz the old 1 is brreaking and an ipod video

Ok so we buy computers for shit loads of money, coz some of the fuckers aew mking games that ask for higher specs everyyear.


Not like they dont have a pentium 5 technology, they just release little by little every year , to milk more money of us.

And another thing, WHY THE FUCK DOES ANYONE NEED 90 BILLION dollars (hin hint -Gates ) That money could feed millions of people that due from hunger.

These corporations just collect money from the less fortunate social layers and then they stack it up.. and wat is that money used for? - wars , only to earn more money, going now to the original source of value - oil and land.

true: that is the result of a capitalism. But then again you're using the most extremely capitalistic country (imo) as main example.
With all respect communism hasn't worked, don't get me wrong, i like the idea, but a lot a paradoxes for total communism where there isn't a governemt, ain't happening. Find a good middlepath.

Talking about Bill, that's truly fucked up, as being one of the few ppl who can truly change the world, he ain't doing it, k he donates but what is a million when you have so much. He coul'd prolly solve worldhunger, aids, hell he could prolly even help africa gaining a real economic system.

And he ain't the only one. Yeah things are fucked up if I look at it, this way.

The world is changing, ain't i don't look at the further very positive. World War III hasn't been as close since the cold war.

Were adicted to ipods and stuff only coz of comercialism, and because someone wants us to be adicted. Ur missing my plot. Im saying that, wen companies exploite people to get billions its not right. Im fine if there was mass production of ipods for peoples needs.
