Rapper Bizarre, from D12, claims Eminem has plans to put his rap group on “Relapse 2″ album. The upcoming project is the rapper sequel to “Relapse,” the two-times platinum album that came out May of 2009.

“We just finished a song on Relapse 2 for Marshall’s album,” Bizarre said.

Biz said the name of the track is “Hit Me With Your Best Shot,” and it’s a tribute to their group member Proof that was gun-down in Detroit back in 2006.

“We’re still family, but everybody’s got their own situations going on,” he added. “No matter what y’all do, you can’t hold D12 down. We’ve been through a lot of shit, but we’re still gonna come back and recover.”

hmm, it's hard to connect the title of the song to a Proof tribute, but song titles are very often misleading. i hope it is though, because i can imagine that Eminem would go all out on this track, emotionally and lyrically.

personally, i think it's just going to be another ordinary track and not have much to do with Proof, but if Bizarre says that is is then ...

nonetheless, i am looking forward to it.

It might potentially reference Proof briefly as its probably the first major D12 song with Eminem on for quite some time, but it won't be a Proof tribute.

When the name is "Hit Me with Your Best Shot", I imagine one of these typical D12 gangsta raps going like "Yo, yo, yo! We're D12 and you can hit us with your best shot, but you won't kill us, because we are the best! The fucking best!" Then Bizarre will pop in and go like "We're tested, bested, infested and small-breasted!" And the song will ruin the album.

On the other side, I thought We Made You would be a "We made this rap game, give us credz!" type of song, but it wasn't...

I don't recall Bizarre saying that it was a tribute song. I think he said it's about they can handle any problem, big or small, or something like that. He said that they're doing more mature songs now so we'll see. Plus song titles are always misleading especially when it comes to Eminem.

Just judging by the name, it doesn't sound like a Proof tribute, but we've learned you can't see what a song will be like based on the name. Many thought 3 am or Beautiful would be about Proof.

According the Bizarre the consept of the songs is D12 just telling all the haters to have a go cause D12 won't be taken down or something along those lines. Basically a fuck of to all the haters.

i think its a refenrence to what they gone through last few years
like were still standing after all that we have been through
i think proof will be mentioned in the song
but not a tribute song all about him
