so...i went to play some roller hockey.....hockey btw...is the shit and kicks soccer's ass (yes i used soccer to offend...i usually call it football)....and i played full throttle for 15 minutes and got winded :facepalm

i really need to start running again.....it was ridiculous.....

tell me about it, i ran from my bus stop to my house yesterday after coming back from town (it's about 2 minute run) and by the time i got to my house it hurt to breathe :n:

i used to be super fit when i was playing football all the time but i never run anymore.

i used to be able to run an entire track (it was abt 800m) and not break a sweat, couple weeks back i ran th track, ran out of breath around the 500 mark,daym
