Looks like a guy from Virginia I once talked to when I was 13. He was a pedo.
He put his mom on the phone. She knew I was 13, but was only concerned
about how our relationship was working, being long distance and all. The
relationship ended abruptly when my uncle threatened to get his boys,
drive down to Virginia and lynch him in front of his trailer. I think my uncle
was serious because he actually went out and bought a map of Virginia.
