I was really hyped for Meth, Ghost & Rae's collaboration album Wu-Massacre. Like every other Wu-Tang fan or Hip-Hop fan I was expecting something out standing as this was coming from Method Man, Ghostface Killah & Raekwon he who had fairly recently dropped a classic. Well as soon as I heard Meth on an interview saying how Def Jam had been rushing it and they'd had a low budget then I was no longer expecting something that good. They hadn't had the proper time to make a proper album.
First of all the album is extremely short, 12 tracks and 2 of them being very unnecessary skits. Are you serious? You can tell that some of them are just recycled tracks really... Criminology 2.5 is an updated version of the leaked Criminology 2. It's good although faulty. Raekwon is not even on the track, he got taken off when the original version was his. Ghostface's verse is a recycled one from the OB4CL2 bonus track The Badlands. The next song is Mef vs. Chef 2 and it's good enough but it's not the same as the first. That's understandable since in the first they were fighting to get on the album.
This is getting long so I'll cut it short. Our Dreams (only RZA produced track) is one of the only song with them 3 together, something the rest of the album lacked. Inspectah Deck does a great job in Gunshowers, one of the best ones off the album. Miranda has a great beat and a great verse by Meth. Pimpin' Chipp is a solo Ghostface track with some flavour to it. The rest are either good or above average. There's nothing crap though. The album could of really done with a few more tracks, more mastering and more time to record and perfection.
My rating would be between a 3/5 and a 4/5, lets says a 3.75/5

, Ill defo give it a listen
