50 cent's beat choices lately...?

While I was listening Before I Self Destruct album I noticed that some of the beats has been for sale in the "underground beat markets" Why on earth is he using these random producers...?

For Example "Hold Me Down" track...I heard that beat when it was for sale on this producers rocbattle page: http://www.rocbattle.com/forums/member.php?u=15725 and it was 25$ too, is 50 cent poor? Who does choose the beats for 50??? Cuz if he is really searching these beats by surfing on the internet, he should even take a little more time for choosing these beats, I've heard a lot better producers on this page... And as a producer, I think this album was 50's most careless album ever made, and that's why it sucks IMO....
