I just finished watching a YouTube video of dr. dre and Jimmy Iovine announcing dr. Dre's new single with Jay-Z titled "Under Pressure"
idk I'm kinda not happy bout this. Don't get me wrong dre is amazing and it would be fantastic for a collab with him and jay but if dre's already announcing his single then where does that leave R2?? Eminem and dre wouldn't release their albums to close together for the same reason em pushed his album the first time for 50. So what if R2 must be pushed aside for a dre album? Idk but I'm hoping that em picks his shit up to at least announce something for us so we don't feed off little rumors from J.B.
oh and sorry if this been posted before but here's my source...I know dashadyspot isn't always right but the video on that sight is legit.

i find it odd that after all these years, he just recently got into the studio with Jay-Z and just like that, it's a new single?

How was he not able to find anything better in the last 10 years or whatever

I'd rather hear a single featuring someone more fresh, not two 40-something rappers flowin' about their life insurance policies and their retirement plans

i think interscope will want r2 to come out first , plus with detox i think the single will come out and then album will be waiting for another decade and single problay end up being just a promo song thing.

lol you said like Em didn't know when Dre was done with Detox and see it coming, he was probably working on some Detox verses while doing r2. I'm not worried about the release, they know what they're doing.

I know but why not put it in the eminem section? How many names come to mind after eminem before you hit dre? Not like there's a dr dre forum that's as big as this one .....as far as I know.

it's in Eminem's section, Eminem's related and Eminem will possibly give a verse or two for Detox, that's the most I could care about. Guarantee you if this was posted in other section I won't even look.
