About His Summer Tours & Relapse 2

I don't think the album is coming before his summer concerts.

But i DO think he will release a single before the summer concerts, that way he can perform the NEW single, his part on the Bobby Ray song, his part on Forever & Drop The World and some Relapse 1 songs and his older songs, maybe even a new Dre track featuring him.

But i don't see the album before July/August at soonest.

yeah he doesn't necessary drop a new album before those Europe dates (not like it's his tour). That's just what people hoping. Jay-Z's performing there too and he doesn't have new album coming anytime soon.
